- No booking fees, this is Elounda Residence Hotel's official Reservation website

- Children up to 2 years of age are free of charge

- Babycot is free of charge.

- Pets are not allowed

- Accepted credit cards are Visa, Euro/Mastercard
- No deposit is required for normal price plans.  Credit card details will be asked only
   for securing your reservation. You pay only upon your arrival to the hotel.

- Deposit may be required only if you choose to take advantage of our special discounts up to 10%
 

Cancellation Policy 

- If you cancel 14 days before the arrival date, you are not charged.
 

- If you cancel or modify later than 14 days, the first night will be charged
 

- If you do not cancel and you do not show, you will be charged 100% of the whole cost.
